Negin Iranian Economic Financial Group Approves Dividend Distribution at Annual General Assembly.

The Annual General Assembly of the shareholders of Negin Iranian Economic Financial Group was held on Wednesday, May ۲۱, ۲۰۲۵ [۳۱ Ordibehesht ۱۴۰۴].

According to the Public Relations of Negin Iranian Holding Group, the AGM for the shareholders of Negin Iranian Economic Financial Group “ونگین” was attended by ۹۰.۹۴% of the total shareholder base.
This Annual General Assembly convened to make decisions regarding the distribution of dividends pertaining to the fiscal year ending October ۳۰, ۲۰۲۵ [۱۴۰۳/۱۰/۳۰].
During the proceedings, the shareholders approved and distributed a net profit dividend of ۱,۰۰۰ Rials per share by positive vote. Furthermore, the financial statements for the fiscal year ending October ۳۰, ۲۰۲۵, were ratified during this assembly.
