According to the Public Relations department of Negin Iranian Financial Economic Group, the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly was held on Sunday, October 12, 2025 (1404/07/20).
The primary agenda of this session was the election of the members of the Board of Directors. During the assembly, following the candidacy announcements by several legal entities, the nominees were put to a vote by the shareholders in attendance.
Following the voting process, the new principal and alternate members of the “ونگین” Board of Directors were elected and introduced for the upcoming term.
It is worth noting that the minutes of this assembly, which contain the resolutions regarding the election of the board members, will be submitted for official registration and formal announcement upon completion of the required legal procedures.
