As per the notice published on the Kodal system dated March ۱۸, ۲۰۲۵ [or ۱۴۰۳/۰۳/۲۷], the Board of Directors of Negin Iranian Tourism Economic Company decided to increase the company’s capital from ۳,۰۰۰ Billion Rials to ۱۰,۵۰۰ Billion Rials, utilizing retained earnings.

According to the Public Relations of Negin Iranian Tourism Economic Holding, this action has been taken to restructure the company and strengthen its financial foundation, thereby creating short-term and long-term financial benefits for shareholders.
It is worth noting that in the previous fiscal year, the company distributed a cash dividend totaling ۱۲,۰۰۰ Billion Rials, amounting to ۴,۰۰۰ Rials per share. Furthermore, the realization of this capital increase is contingent upon obtaining the necessary licenses from the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO) and holding an Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders.
