This 100% capitalization increase is intended to restructure the company\u2019s financial framework.<br>It should be noted that the final registration and implementation of this capital increase\u2014including its reflection in shareholder share counts\u2014is contingent upon holding an Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) by the company and securing approval from the shareholders.
